Refunds

Monthly plans can be cancelled in the billing portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid. We do not refund a part of that period, except where the law requires it.

The one-off search audit, once that price is approved and the baseline has been delivered, is not refunded. If we have not delivered the baseline, email us and we will return the payment.

A failed renewal is marked past due. Access stays visible in your account with that status until the invoice is paid or the subscription ends.
